I get that with Magic 999 on 999kHz MW and BBC radio lancashire on 855kHz;good during daylight, after dark both go extremely lousy with excessive fading(and to add insult to injury, magic goes even more unintelligable after 12midnight with interference from Deutschlandfunk Berlin on 999kHz MW caused by Digital Radio Mondiale transmissions on the same frequency).

Local Radio has always been a joke in this country-weak transmitters that were swamped by foreign stations after dark-europe used high power and we had to put up with poor reception.

Very interesting. I love how even the local Vicar and the Police were supporting Sunshine. That with Border was really nice.

Darned good unbiased reporting. They can’t even get the station’s name correct.

so very interesting! Thank you for posting all these clip’s,i have to say that GWR-the main head quarters that own many stations around the country..have ruined what radio should be,they dont have real DJ’s! its all so false! Also how is it one song is played on one station only to be played shorly after on the other?Or hearing the same song’s all day every day then have some one phone in only to reqest the same song they’d been playing all day.Wvern,Severn sound,GWR+take a jump!
